NEXT CHEF AWARD – INTERNORGA

Under this motto, step one successfully staged the “Next Chef Award” at Internorga for the fourth time. The Next Chef Award pitted the country's best up-and-coming chefs against each other in an exciting competition. 18 up-and-coming chefs from Germany, Austria and Switzerland put their skills to the test in a live cooking show at the leading trade fair for the entire out-of-home market. The tricky task for the live challenges in front of an audience: to recreate a dish created by TV chef Johann Lafer - without a recipe!

In addition to the concept and graphic design, step one was responsible for planning the media technology, its implementation and the entire project coordination on site.
